for Texas Delivery
09.18.2015 The Package Arrives
09.21.2015 I arrange for same day pickup
at Dallas Monroe Street Location
Even though the package is at the Dallas Service Center, (Where I am going to pick it up) it is then returned to California
claiming that they could not read the address.
WHAT? It is at the center. The tracking page (attached) shows that it is there. But they return the shipment?
Shipper contacts UPS at least 4 times.
I call UPS at least 9 times.
I receive emails
stating that the package is ready for pickup.
I drive to McKinney Texas (Frisco) distribution center. They say it
is not there.
I drive to the Dallas, Monroe distribution center. They say it is there but in the center and they
can not get it for me.
Tell me to come back at 830pm for the thirty minute window to claim the package.

UPS decides to ship it back to California Claims they can not read the label.
After pealing back 3 labels, I can read the original shipping label and the
address IS CORRECT!!
9.27.2015 UPS Claims they fix the shipping address
and send it back to Texas
09.28.2015 The Shipper
duplicates the order and sends it OVERNIGHT priority.
09.29.2015 The order arrives so we
can complete the next phase of the project after a 2 week delay.
My ORIGINAL package finally arrives in Little Elm TX!
